Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ACH processing and electronic payment platforms.
• Experience with Real-Time Payments, OCT, and/or AFT.
• Strong knowledge of NACHA rules and banking regulations.
• Experience leading payments operations in a financial institution.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience supporting regulatory exams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ACH operations across Deposit Operations with oversight for Treasury Management ACH activities.
• Establish workflows, service standards, controls, and escalation routines across ACH teams.
• Ensure timely processing, exception handling, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex ACH matters.
• Collaborate with Deposit Operations and Treasury Management to ensure aligned execution.
• Build and mentor a high-performing ACH team focused on risk and continuous improvement.
• Foster innovation and accountability within operations.
