Job summary

Definium Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Patient Services Operations in Raleigh, NC, to lead the launch-ready PS organization for DT120.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align with corporate goals and ensure compliant patient onboarding and support. The role requires building a best-in-class PS Operations team, developing REMS partnerships, and shaping the patient journey from engagement through post-treatment support, all while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years industry related experience.
• Minimum 5 years Patient Services Operations Leadership experience.
• Significant understanding of PS compliance and legal guidelines.
• Launch experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical market required.

Responsibilities

• Create operational strategy for Definium Patient Services supporting a DT120 launch.
• Manage Operational Teams including Case Managers and Leaders.
• Support REMS strategies and partnerships with internal and external partners.
• Develop SOPs, policies, quality standards, and escalation pathways.
• Drive hiring and onboarding for Operation Team Members.
• Create data-driven KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to improve performance.
• Ensure REMS compliance and PS related guidelines.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Market Access to align engagement strategies.
