You will partner with Commercial leadership to provide strategic financial guidance, forecasting, and performance management in a high-growth biopharma setting. The role requires 10+ years in finance with FP&A and commercial leadership, plus deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial aspects, pricing, reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 10+ years progressive finance experience with FP&A and commercial leadership.
• Experience supporting pharma/biotech commercial readiness, product launches, revenue forecasting and market access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to Commercial leadership, providing strategic guidance and decision support.
• Lead commercial financial planning processes including budgets, forecasts, long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Develop revenue forecasts, demand models, and gross-to-net methodologies with pricing, reimbursement, and market access implications.
• Assess commercial readiness, investment priorities, and resource optimization with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Support product strategy, commercialization planning and ROI analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools to track launch readiness and performance.
• Prepare analyses for Executive Leadership and Board meetings; support strategic planning discussions.
• Establish scalable FP&A processes and systems to support growth.
