Job summary

AxisCare is seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead the sales pipeline for add-ons and the partner ecosystem. You will work with Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to drive revenue growth and user adoption of integrations.

You will also guide contract negotiations and the API management program. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on scaling AxisCare's partner network while ensuring excellent customer

Qualifications

• Two years or more in business development and partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline and daily operations of add-on services and partner platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to drive adoption of add-ons.
• Lead contract negotiations with partner platforms and manage API-related initiatives.
• Balance customer experience with ecosystem value and govern third-party access.
• Prepare quarterly data for executive leadership and board review.
