Job summary
Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead growth, retention, and expansion of our commercial partnerships across national brokers, health plans, and consulting firms. You will shape annual partner strategies, drive data sharing, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize partner-influenced revenue in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Deep knowledge of employer healthcare benefits ecosystem and market.
- Proven ability to manage complex strategic relationships and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow strategic partner relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain annual partner strategies, calendars, forecasts, and executive engagement plans.
- Support partner agreements including pricing, referrals, and performance guarantees.
- Drive data sharing processes and partner education across functions.
- Translate partner feedback into sales enablement, product positioning and market development.
- Represent Teladoc Health in partner meetings, conferences, and executive discussions.
