Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director of Partnerships for a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on shaping and scaling a sophisticated partnerships function across channel, referral, product-enabled, and research-driven motions to drive growth within transaction workflows.

The role requires building the operating model, strengthening partner performance, and turning market intelligence and events into measurable business outcomes in collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
• 4+ years leading a partnership team.
• Experience building structured partnership programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the partnership program across channel/referral, product-enabled, and research motions.
• Develop a tiered partner framework with activation criteria and performance metrics.
• Operationalize partner management in HubSpot, tracking referrals and ROI.
• Build a repeatable partner acquisition program to expand the portfolio.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of partnership health and know when to pivot or exit.
• Drive partners to adopt the company's platform for transaction workflows.
• Lead strategic market intelligence initiatives with partners and oversee event logistics.
