Thomson Reuters is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to help law firm customers transform legal workflows with Legal AI. You will design and test AI-enabled solutions, lead discovery sessions, and support adoption across customer organizations with a focus on high-value users and scalable workflows.

The role requires a J.D., prior legal practice, and strong experience with AI tools and legal research platforms. Regular in-person, on-site engagements and travel are expected.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited US law school is required.
• Prior legal practice experience is required (law firm, in-house, government, clerkship).
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with enterprise or complex accounts.
• Familiarity with legal workflows such as due diligence, eDiscovery, or large document review.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-person discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and executive briefings with law firm customers.
• Support customers through lifecycle by identifying and prioritizing Legal AI use cases and designing solution workflows.
• Partner with Customer Success to develop adoption strategies and scale successful workflows.
• Document best practices, reusable use cases, prompts, playbooks, and workflows for broader reuse.
• Communicate customer needs to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve AI products.
• Travel approximately 25-30% to client sites as a condition of employment.
