Qualifications
- 8+ years in senior pre-sales or post-sales roles in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS.
- Experience hiring and building field or technical teams at hyper-growth speed.
- Strong communication of complex, outcome-based results to drive consumption.
- Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Partner Solutions Architects to mature the partner program.
- Guide partners to develop a technical point of view and drive Databricks adoption.
- Collaborate with partner sales, alliances, and internal Databricks tech teams.
- Establish relationships to ensure partner and customer success.
- Drive Customer Success and DBU consumption through partners.
- Influence revenue potential and portfolio management in enterprise projects.
