Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Partner Experience & Onboarding to own how we attract, onboard, and retain service partners across our markets.

You will lead sourcing, onboarding workflows, and multi-channel communications, ensuring steady fill rates and high partner satisfaction from day one and beyond. You will partner with Operations leadership to diagnose root causes, develop recovery plans, and drive durable improvements that scale with our growing network.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end sourcing strategy for service partners.
• Ability to define and optimize a healthy funnel with multiple metrics.
• Track and improve onboarding and recruitment workflows across markets.
• Deep focus on partner experience from application to ongoing work.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy across markets.
• Manage metrics: application volume, conversion, cost per applicant/activation, time to first block.
• Maintain sustained fill rates, collaborate with operations to mitigate coverage risks.
• Lead onboarding and recruitment workflows, balance quality and conversion.
