Job summary

Equinix is seeking a senior leader to design, build and run innovative enablement programs for partner and channel engagements across high-priority processes and sales plays. You will develop proficiency frameworks, oversee learning interventions, and collaborate with global partners to boost field effectiveness.

You will lead a team to deliver end-to-end enablement assets, certifications, live sessions and eLearning, while measuring program impact and continuously improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enablement or learning teams (10+ years).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end enablement programs for partner ecosystems.
• Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team delivering enablement, training and certification programs.
• Own end-to-end development of enablement programs for high-priority initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners and CRO leaders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Establish proficiency frameworks for partner and partner sales personas.
