Ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling field and partner marketing within B2B technology. The role reports to the SVP, Marketing & CMO and requires building a high-performing team, aligning with regional sales, and managing budgets across regions to maximize

Qualifications

Deep B2B marketing leadership across field, partner, and demand generation in global technology environments.
Proven track record of delivering pipeline growth and revenue outcomes across regions and partner ecosystems.
Experience building and scaling global marketing frameworks that drive consistency and regional execution.
Deep expertise in partner ecosystems, including MDF/incentives and co-marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive global field marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and GTM.
Oversee regional marketing programs (events, webinars, ABM) tailored to regional needs.
Collaborate with regional sales to drive pipeline and revenue in each region.
Establish KPIs to measure field marketing ROI and provide regular reporting.
Manage the global field marketing budget and allocate resources across regions.
Build and mentor a high-performing global field marketing team.
