Qualifications

• Deep B2B marketing leadership across field, partner, and demand generation in global technology environments.
• Proven track record of delivering pipeline growth and revenue outcomes across regions and partner ecosystems.
• Experience building and scaling global marketing frameworks that drive consistency and regional execution.
• Deep expertise in partner ecosystems, including value propositions, MDF/incentives, and co-marketing strategies.
• Strong background in data-driven marketing, sales alignment, and cross-functional GTM integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive global field marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and GTM plans.
• Oversee regional programs (events, webinars, ABM) tailored to regional needs and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to drive pipeline and revenue in each region.
• Establish KPIs and provide regular ROI reporting and analysis.
• Manage the global field marketing budget and build a high-performing global team.
• Develop and execute a global partner marketing strategy with co-branded content and events.
