7-Eleven is seeking a Director of Organizational Effectiveness to join our HR leadership team in Irving, TX. The role drives performance by aligning structure, talent, culture, and ways of working with business strategy.

You will partner with executives to enhance capability, lead transformation initiatives, improve workforce effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture using design, change management, analytics, and leadership development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness and related disciplines.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Proven success leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
Experience consulting with senior executives and influencing stakeholders.
Experience with organizational assessment methodologies, talent analytics, workforce planning, and leadership assessment tools.
Consulting experience in a management consulting or organizational development environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Organizational Design & Workforce Strategy: Align structure, roles and capabilities with business objectives.
Change Management & Transformation: Develop strategies, identify risks, and build leadership capability.
Organizational Analytics & Consulting: Use data to assess health and guide decisions; partner with senior leaders.
