Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to define problems, design solutions, and drive programs to successful outcomes. You will oversee diagnostics, roadmaps, and governance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant master’s degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, internal advisory, business transformation, strategy, change management, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading or delivering complex cross-functional transformations in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to structure problems, interpret data, and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, defining problems, outcomes, and aligning stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, diagnostics, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, data analysis, and benchmarking.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps balancing customer, operational, financial, people, and technology considerations.
• Develop and govern high-level project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets; drive accountability.
• Facilitate sessions and executive discussions to resolve issues, accelerate decisions, and maintain alignment.
• Identify risks and change impacts; develop mitigation and adoption strategies; measure realized benefits.
