Job summary

This role oversees enterprise-wide programs, measures progress, and reports results. You will collaborate with 7&i Holdings and external partners to drive alignment and impact.

The position is 100% onsite at the Irving, TX headquarters, requiring strategic leadership, influential collaboration, and strong communication across senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of ESG/sustainability leadership experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Executive-level presence and communication skills.
• Global experience, especially in Asia, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and expansion of 7-Eleven’s ESG strategy and initiatives.
• Align ESG efforts with 7&i Holdings and external stakeholders; drive regulatory and standards compliance.
