Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group seeks an experienced Head of Operations to lead a five-person team (onshore and offshore) and report to the CFO. You will optimize core processes, manage vendor relationships, and scale the operational infrastructure in a fast-growing MCA environment.

You will drive system integrations, oversee deal processing and payments, and champion process automation while maintaining strong governance and documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the merchant cash advance (MCA), alternative lending fintech, or similar financial services preferred.
• Demonstrated success in improving processes and scaling operational functions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five operations professionals.
• Oversee daily operations including deal processing, payments, reporting, and workflow management.
• Manage operational systems, software integrations, and third-party vendors.
• Troubleshoot operational and system issues to ensure business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale operational processes.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to optimize operations and implement new technologies when beneficial.
• Evaluate the existing technology stack and recommend improved systems or processes where appropriate.
