Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations management, project management or similar leadership role.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Education: MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate governance and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee HR processes ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Support COO in managing legal and risk compliance.
• Provide weekly oversight of payroll and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with sales on strategic initiatives.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Deep knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and tax

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for fintech SaaS platforms

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Education
