Progresso Search is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Head of) in Webster, Houston, to own the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a growing robotics/NDT business. You will lead the operations team, protect service commitments to customers, and ensure flawless handoffs between sales, operations support, workshop and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of all operational SLAs, ensuring timely, quality and service standards.
• Lead the operations team and ensure accurate, on-time work aligned to priorities.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly activity to meet demand and avoid bottlenecks.
• Oversee workflow across sales, operations support, workshop and logistics.
• Manage equipment lifecycle activities (hire, off-hire, servicing, readiness).
• Oversee logistics and freight to ensure on-time deliveries and manage risks.
