Job summary

Community Health Partnership of Illinois seeks a strategic VP of Operations to lead patient access, risk management, and organizational growth. Ideal candidates have an MBA or MHA and 5+ years of healthcare leadership, with strong budgeting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA preferred; minimum 5 years progressive healthcare leadership.
• Experience in fiscal planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to lead across departments, build partnerships and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead CHP's Customer Services Program and Development Department.
• Oversee annual FTCA and UDS reporting and licensure compliance.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to drive growth, patient access and revenue.
• Coordinate with Finance, Medical and Dental Directors on SMART goals.
• Supervise Operations Managers and Development Director, ensure program success.
