Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior executive/VP-level role within a healthcare system preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary administrative functions and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets and cross-functional partnerships.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement practices.
