Morgan Latif | B Corp™ is seeking a Head of Operations to lead its North American manufacturing footprint in a period of rapid growth. The role requires transforming and aligning multi-site operations with a world-class lean operating system, fostering ownership and accountability on the shop floor, and delivering safe, high‑quality, on‑time, cost-competitive supply to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven people leader with ops background and high-performing teams.
• 10+ years manufacturing ops, multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing growth and scale in operations.
• Led lean transformation with safety, quality, delivery and cost gains.
• Hands-on with mature lean systems (DBS or TPS).
• Process industry experience is an advantage.
• Experience with M&A integration or DBS-like programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA operations across production, supply chain, quality, EHS, engineering, CI and warehousing.
• Lead from the shop floor with energy, visibility and pace.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability and performance.
• Create environment where problems surface early and feedback flows.
• Build team capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Embed strong safety habits and a proactive safety culture.
• Transform delivery to reliable on-time-in-full supply.
• Own regional supply chain end to end, with lead times and inventory control.
• Possibly reorganize regional warehousing and setup.
• Develop global operating system with core tools, standards and behaviours.
• Deploy DBS across North America: daily mgmt, visual mgmt, standard work, problem solving.
• Lead kaizen events and value stream mapping for sustained improvement.
• Build lean capability in leaders via gemba walks and coaching.
• Bring acquired businesses onto common standards; own regional capital projects.
• Own NA ops plan, budget, forecast and CAPEX; drive productivity for growth.
• Set regional direction with Finance, Commercial, R&D and People & Culture.
• Represent Operations with key customers and lead escalation responses.
• Share best practice with regional peers to operate as one global team.
