Morgan Latif | B Corp™ in New York seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations across procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier development in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

The role requires a hands-on, resilient leader who can scale capability, improve working capital, and build robust systems, processes, and talent to sustain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical tech, aerospace/defense, automotive).
• Strong ERP/MRP, lean principles, and continuous improvement skills.
• US Citizenship required; ITAR-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated supply chain strategy.
• Lead procurement, production planning, material planning, inventory management and logistics.
• Drive maturity and continuous improvement across planning, procurement and logistics processes.
• Build and maintain a resilient, cost-effective, quality-focused supplier network.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of ERP/MRP-based planning systems.
• Define, monitor, and improve key supply chain KPIs and S&OP processes.
• Own and lead the S&OP / integrated planning process to align supply with demand.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations and PM to support new product introductions.
• Lead initiatives to mitigate supply risk, reduce lead times, and improve planning accuracy.
• Support make-versus-buy decisions and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Act as the senior supply chain representative in site and executive leadership forums.
