Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment outside of Mott or 3 years at Mott.
• Prior leadership or lead-level experience.
• Practical experience with continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data and assign personnel.
• Support production by inspecting parts.
• Collect operational data and implement improvements.
• Lead designated continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor employee performance and handle concerns.
• Partner with Quality to resolve customer complaints.
