Job summary

Ocupacao is seeking a Head of Operations to own and grow our operations function. You will lead a small team, report to leadership, and collaborate with Sales, Growth, Content, and Events to craft scalable processes and reliable systems.

You will also be hands-on, prototyping code and automations to accelerate delivery and improve information flow. You will improve recurring workflows, document ownership, and build adoption across teams, with a focus on measurable delivery gains as the business

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business problems into actionable plans.
• Experience building or improving operational systems.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with hands-on coding and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own operations roadmap across Sales, Growth, Content and Events.
• Lead a small revenue operations team and systems engineers.
