Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced leader to drive day-to-day operations and partner with Principals to support growth. You will optimize workflows, balance workloads, and monitor utilization across architecture and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of operations and project management experience.
• Experience leading architectural or engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in partnership with the Principals.
• Improve workflows, systems, and project delivery processes.
• Balance studio workloads and monitor team utilization.
• Track performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Partner with Project Managers on budgets, proposals, and delivery.
• Conduct periodic timesheet reviews and uphold internal standards.
