Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex projects, from concept through construction, across urban, commercial, and community-scale work.

The role requires strong creative and technical skills, mentorship of junior staff, and collaboration with architects, engineers, planners, and clients. A licensed credential and 10+ years in leadership are expected; proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit is preferred.

• Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture or on track.
• 10+ years of professional experience with proven project leadership.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and leading projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

They’re looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to help drive the vision, lead multidisciplinary teams, and bring bold ideas to life.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the design and delivery of complex projects from concept through construction

Providing creative direction and strategic input to ensure high-quality outcomes

Mentoring and supporting junior staff to foster growth and collaboration

Partnering with architects, engineers, planners, and consultants for cohesive design solutions

What we're looking for:
