Thomas Young Group, an Atlanta-based general contractor with a long track record in industrial, office, medical, and interiors projects, is seeking a senior business development professional. The role focuses on identifying opportunities and building lasting relationships with decision makers.

You will lead proposals, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, monitor market trends, and help shape the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• At least five years of business development experience in construction.
• Ideally from GC, civil engineering, or industrial real estate background.
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market.
• Existing relationships you can bring.
• Confident communicator who can represent the business externally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Lead proposal and bid efforts to win new work.
• Develop partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry contacts.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to support strategy.
