Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced leader to drive day-to-day operations and partner with Principals to support growth. You will optimize workflows, balance workloads, and monitor utilization across architecture and engineering teams.

In a fast-paced environment, you will guide budgets, proposals, and project delivery with clear communication and hands-on leadership. The role offers competitive benefits and a collaborative culture that supports team events.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of operations and project management experience.
• Experience leading architectural or engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
