Qualifications

• Background in landscape architecture, architecture, interiors, or similar.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects and teams.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for leadership, mentoring, and team development.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced settings.
• Experience across all project stages, from concept to delivery.
• Interest in design quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on resourcing and studio growth.
• Act as primary client contact, building long-term relationships.
• Mentor and guide teams to keep projects on track.
• Stay involved across all stages, including construction.
• Manage workload and ensure effective project resourcing.
• Balance design quality with smooth day-to-day operations.
