You will forecast resources, monitor costs, and collaborate with project managers to drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and client relations skills to optimize operations and support growth across multiple site operations.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of operations experience in engineering, installation, and service of building technology systems with five (5) years of management experience in operations required.
• Eight (8) years’ experience of operations in the HVAC, BAS, Security or Professional Building Services industry with five (5) years management experience in operations preferred.
• Must understand construction and service business theory and risk evaluation to benefit the company.
• Must understand contract law, taxes, and construction contracts, with budgetary acumen.
• Must understand service capabilities and customer needs, and possess the ability to manage people effectively.
• Must coordinate total growth effort of the operations department and deliver presentations and training.

Aufgaben

• Direct staff in software development, engineering, project management, installation, and technical services to meet revenue and profit objectives.
• Forecast equipment, manpower and budget requirements for construction and monitor cost and labor performance.
• Improve performance by reducing errors, go-backs, lead- and cycle-time across activities.
• Develop relationships with customer management staff.
• Enforce Operations policies on responsibilities, training, and scheduling.
• Develop innovations to reduce expenses and improve safety.
• Oversee customer training programs and company facilities.
