Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in management of new construction/remodeling projects.
• CCM, AC, CPC designations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend and lead coordination and progress meetings at sites.
• Oversee work sites for new construction and remodel projects, coordinating activities.
• Ensure quality standards with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties in planning.
• Schedule, budget, and adjust projects to meet deadlines, delays and emergencies.
• Prepare budget estimates and document safety and compliance inspections.
