Job summary

Recours Four Kenya Consultants Limited is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) to lead a power project startup in Dallas focused on smart grid technology and renewable energy. The successful candidate will oversee the operational framework, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance at all stages of project development.

Key responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing infrastructure projects, and fostering a culture of safety and performance. Ideal candidates will have significant leadership experience in energy and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or large-scale operational projects.
• Proven experience in launching or scaling complex, multi-module infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with U.S. energy regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational strategy to support the startup's growth.
• Oversee planning and execution of infrastructure including smart grids and renewable energy plants.
• Establish and manage KPIs to track project progress and overall performance.
