Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in electrical utility construction with strong P&L experience, plus deep knowledge of T&D and established utility industry relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical utility construction with senior operations leadership experience.
• Strong background in transmission, distribution, and/or substation construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple crews and regional operations.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Established relationships within the utility and power delivery industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects.
• Oversee project execution, financial performance, P&L, budgets, and profitability.
• Provide leadership and direction to operations managers, project managers, and field teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, quality, and project performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utility clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Support strategic growth, workforce planning, and business development initiatives.
