Job summary

Flowtec Engineering, a leader in renewable energy development, seeks a VP Operations in the United States to drive delivery excellence across wind, solar and energy storage portfolios. You will own project execution, O&M strategy, and regional operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget commissioning and strong supplier coordination.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in renewable project operations, proven P&L leadership, and experience with interconnection, ISO markets, and permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in renewable project operations or infrastructure.
• Proven P&L responsibility and large-team leadership.
• Experience with US interconnection, ISO markets, and permitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget commissioning.
• Define O&M standards and drive reliability improvements.
• Manage third-party contractors and supply chain relationships.
• Collaborate with commercial and development to hand over projects efficiently.
• Drive HSE and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
