Job summary

Gonini, a growing logistics and e-commerce fulfilment company, is seeking a Head of Operations to scale our operational engine with data-driven automation. You will lead hands-on initiatives across warehouses, 3PL partnerships, finance, and engineering, and build an automation foundation that scales without proportional headcount.

Qualifications

• Proven structured thinking and problem-solving from top consulting.
• Hands-on operator who works on the floor and in the queue.
• Experience building automated operational systems with Claude, Make, Retool.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a 4–7 person Ops team within 12 months.
• Own end-to-end fulfilment across partners, carriers, and CS.
• Build automation and tooling to reduce manual interventions.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale profits with data.
• Directly engage with engineers, warehouse ops, and customers.
