Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Head of Operations to own the end-to-end lifecycle from contract to live revenue and to helm the company’s operating cadence and business reporting. You will unify launches, governance, and cross-functional handoffs, building scalable processes for a rapidly growing team in SF.

You will also lead BizOps, expansion operations, and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives, shaping the company’s operational DNA and setting the bar for performance across functions.

Qualifications

• You have built operational infrastructure at a high-growth startup or scaleup.
• You can run real operations (playbooks, process design, launches, ops teams) and think strategically.
• Strong on cross-functional handoffs and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle from signed contracts to revenue-ready products.
• Own company operating cadence and business reporting across all teams.
• Set and enforce cross-functional operating standards and SLAs.
• Lead BizOps and expansion operations for new markets and products.
