Aegis AI Security is seeking a leader for Business Operations to act as the connective tissue for the CEO and founding team. You will shape the company’s operating system, aligning people, processes, and data with fast product development in a high-growth startup.

You will own the operating rhythm, drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and GTM, and lead strategic projects to scale our business.

Qualifications

• Analytical mind with systems-thinking approach.
• Comfort designing scalable operating systems across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and teams.
• Ability to own initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the company and lead OKRs/KPIs.
• Design and implement scalable processes (CRM, GTM workflows, knowledge management).
• Break down silos between Product, Engineering, and GTM; resolve friction points.
• Lead strategic special projects, including international expansion and new AI tooling.
• Draft clear updates for boards and company-wide audiences.
