Job summary

LENS is seeking a Business Operations Lead to drive transformational change and scale the company’s operational backbone. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement systems, processes, and cadences that align with ambitious growth while maintaining reliability and mission focus.

You will champion lean operations, establish clear ownership, and push for continuous improvement across all functions, ultimately reducing risk and increasing impact in public safety and traffic

Qualifications

• 8+ years building foundational operational systems and process infrastructure at high-growth technology companies.
• Complete cross-functional capability to design and run the operating rhythms, planning processes, and execution frameworks.
• Strong systems thinker with an interconnected view of processes and improvements.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Delivering operational reliability for government agency customers in Public Safety and Transportation.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining playbooks when none exist.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the operational foundation across every function of LENS.
• Establishing operational excellence as a cultural standard with scalable systems and processes.
• Drive cross-functional execution on strategic priorities with clear ownership and on-time delivery.
• Lead annual/quarterly operational planning, including resource allocation and cadence management.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement durable solutions to strengthen systems.
• Measure impact through pre-accident detections, incidents prevented, and lives saved.
