Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a NAM Operational Excellence Leader to drive a rapid LEAN deployment, lead CI initiatives, assess performance, identify gaps, establish and implement improvement plans, and monitor progress while maintaining customer satisfaction and product quality. The role emphasizes change management and cascading best practices across sites.

You will coach teams, lead training, and apply Six Sigma/Lean methods to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field and 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or LEAN certification.
• Change management and facilitation experience across functions.

Responsibilities

• Be the site CI leader, coach, and consultant to develop and sustain a Lean culture.
• Lead CI actions and cross-functional teams to achieve productivity goals.
• Implement train-the-trainer programs and rapid, sustained Lean deployment.
• Drive improvement projects, measure progress, and report benefits.
• Coach and train in Lean thinking and production processes.
• Collaborate to align CI plans with business area objectives.
• Disseminate benchmarking data and ensure benefits are realized.
• Ensure improvements are implemented and linked to operating results.
