LENS Inc. is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive transformational change across public policy engagement and operations. You will partner with the CEO to shape strategy, brief leaders in Congress and federal agencies, and translate government priorities into actionable internal plans.

Ideal candidates bring government relations experience, executive‑level communication, and a commitment to preventing traffic accidents through advanced technology and cross‑functional leadership.

Formación

• Experience in government, public policy, or government relations.
• Ability to work with senior executives and officials.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% with the CEO.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare briefing materials and accompany the CEO to government meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with congressional staff and agency officials.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and manage sensitive situations.
• Create meeting briefs, summaries, and stakeholder maps for government engagements.
• Translate government priorities into internal action plans and maintain cross‑functional momentum.
