Job summary

SLK Shield is seeking an Executive Operations Leader to drive day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and sustain high service quality. You will coordinate across departments, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP and analytics proficiency, and experience in supply chain, logistics, and large-scale transformations. Hybrid work options and executive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive operations management experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and crisis management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and standardize operational workflows and procedures across the organization
• Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, system inefficiencies, and resource constraints
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• Implement technology solutions and automation to improve efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
