You will partner with FPAT, MABI, and commercial teams to ensure field deployment aligns with brand strategy and resources are optimized for performance. The role requires a BA/BS (advanced degree preferred) and 8+ years in pharma/health care with strong planning and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/health care experience is a must.
• Prior sales planning experience with responsibilities aligned to this role is a must.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning to align long-range plans for Oncology brands.
• Refine targeting approaches with FPAT and MABI leadership.
• Lead cycle-based call planning for Oncology teams.
• Manage field alignments and footprint optimization.
• Generate ad-hoc analytics and transform into standard reporting.
• Represent SME for planning processes and drive improvements.
