Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Innovation & Design to lead omnichannel fulfillment initiatives across Buy Online Pickup in Store, delivery, and ship-to-home channels. The role emphasizes translating insights into a strategic roadmap, partnering with Product, Technology, and field leadership, and delivering scalable solutions that improve order completeness and inventory availability.

Qualifications

5+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes.
Strong knowledge of retail operations and frontline workflows.
Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Analytical and project leadership capabilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the omnichannel fulfillment strategy and roadmap across BOPIS, Same-Day Delivery, Ship from Store, and more.
Lead end-to-end innovation, design, testing, and implementation of fulfillment solutions with Product and Technology teams.
Drive improvements in order completeness and inventory availability with cross-functional partners.
Monitor performance, analyze insights, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Provide cross-functional leadership and change management across Store Ops, Digital, Technology, and Analytics.
