• Lead end-to-end innovation, design, testing, and implementation of fulfillment solutions with Product and Tech.
• Drive improvements in order completeness and inventory availability through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and change management to ensure sustainable adoption.
