Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Analyst to manage and continuously improve CVS Pharmacy Online Fulfillment programs, including pharmacy delivery, lockers, and other digital solutions that boost access and convenience.

You will partner with Operations, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Field Leadership to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement scalable process changes that enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or pharmacy operations, store technology, frontline enablement, or related operational environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, operational programs, process improvement efforts, or technology implementations.
• Ability to analyze operational issues, identify root causes, develop recommendations, and drive resolution.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology, Product, Analytics, and Operations to define, prioritize, test, and implement enhancements for online fulfillment programs.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback to identify risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvements.
• Lead and support UAT, pilots, production validation, launch readiness, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for delivery, lockers, and digital fulfillment programs, including issue resolution and enhancement tracking.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison across cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
