Opensity Solutions in Chicago, IL seeks a Lead Office Services Associate to oversee daily office services, hospitality support, and workplace experience initiatives at client locations.

You will lead office service associates, drive operational efficiency, maintain a professional office environment, and deliver exceptional service to employees, guests, and clients while coordinating with facilities, vendors, and support teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or related roles.
• Experience supervising teams is preferred.
• Strong client-facing service orientation and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, supervise, and support office service associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with facilities, janitorial, and vendors to maintain service quality.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and workplace activities; set up rooms and AV equipment.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and workspace resources; manage pantry and storage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.
