The role drives monitoring strategy, platform engineering, incident support, and observability practices to enhance reliability and performance. The successful candidate will partner with technology teams to implement scalable monitoring solutions within a hybrid and cloud-based environment, while developing a high-performing, engaged team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing and directing IT operations.
• Experience with Dynatrace, AWS, ELK, and observability practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS Lambda, Fargate, Glue, and EC2.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations Monitoring team.
• Oversee design, implementation, and support of enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Governance, access controls, and service catalog for monitoring tools.
