Logicalis, Inc. seeks an Observability Architect to deliver a scalable full-stack observability platform across Managed Services.

You will own the reference architecture, improve signal quality, and translate telemetry into actionable business outcomes, impacting service value and cost-to-serve. You will lead governance, adoption, and enablement of outcome-based observability, coordinating across service architecture, operations, ITSM, and automation teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in monitoring/observability, including 5+ in an MSP or multi-tenant environment.
• Strong background in monitoring/observability platforms (LogicMonitor, Datadog, Dynatrace, IBM Instana, Grafana).
• OpenTelemetry; log pipelines and cost optimization; CMDB and CI relationship modeling in ServiceNow; synthetics and NetFlow.
• Experience scoring vendor RFPs and proofs of value.
• Experience designing platform-level architectures for MSP/enterprise environments.
• Translating telemetry into business and service insights; improving operational efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Owns the enterprise observability reference architecture and ensures platform effectiveness.
• Drives governance cadence and adoption of outcome-based observability across org.
• Aligns telemetry with SLAs, contracts, and customer reporting; supports KPI reviews.
• Leads escalation handling for complex alerts and telemetry issues with NOC/ITSM teams.
• Works with AIOps to enable event correlation and automated remediation.
