• 7+ years cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Define strategic roadmap for enterprise observability and AI-driven operations.
• Establish SLOs, SLIs, and monitoring practices.
• Drive Dynatrace adoption and AI-powered monitoring.
• Oversee incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability.
• Champion self-healing and IaC initiatives.
• Govern platform engineering and IaC adoption across environments.
• Measure service health with KPIs and report to leadership.
