• Familiarity with major TMS systems (OTM, SAP, Blue Yonder) and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Lead 20+ logistics professionals, coaching and development
• Plan workforce, allocate resources, and schedule coverage
• Manage escalations and coordinate client/stakeholder communications
• Deliver KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments; run operating reviews
• Partner with business, project, sourcing, finance, and logistics providers
• Oversee transportation planning for domestic/international shipments
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, trade, and customs rules
• Lead logistics transformation projects and process standardization
• Maintain logistics dashboards and analyze costs, service metrics
